It works beautifully with the book Cycle Freedom, or is a stand alone journal to use as you need.

There is a reflection page at the end of the cycle (week 4) and there is a yearly goals & intentions page to start off the year with, as well as a final reflections page at the end.

You can start wherever you are at, as the dates are blank for you to fill in as you go.

This video introduces you to “Lunar Cycle Yoga: Movement for your Feminine Cycle”

This collection of videos guides you through quick, simple movement and breath practices to support each week of your cycle!

The time you spend in rest cultivates energy for other phases of your cycle.

Menstruation. Probably one of the most loathed phases of the cycle. Let’s change that. Drop in for some gentle movement, supportive breath, and comforting space to relive symptoms and alleviate discomfort.

Gather inspiration. Activate your inner fire. Follicular; Spring; Week 2.

Week 2 activates the internal fires and gets the energy flowing. Also known as our “spring season”, the follicular phase is a time of gathering resources, awakening the inner fires from the rest of Winter, and igniting the driving purposes of our creative beings on the rise to the full illumination of the full moon.

Ovulation: Shine bright in the illumination of the full moon. Feel the inner warmth of your personal Summer radiate from within.

Invigorating movement with flare and pizzazz, drop into your breath channel and ground your vibrant energy. The ovulation phase is a little tricky. It only last a day or two, actual ovulation may not happen, and the energies of this week are full and sometimes fleeting. Use this practice to center yourself in unconditional love for the highest and greatest good of all.
