Each steam pack comes with instructions that walk you through step by step how to properly and safely steam for maximum benefits. (Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly if you still have questions!)
Each steam is packaged with enough for one generous steam, or two more mild steams.
You do not need to purchase any special equipment. A saucepan and a beach towel is all you need. However, I recommend hitting up your local thrift to find a heat safe, medium sized pot with lid that is reserved for the specific use of steaming. It makes it special, it makes it more sanitary, and it makes it more accessible.
